AIO.online ("we", "us") is operated by the AIO.online team, reachable at support@aio.online. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use aio.online, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest.
What we collect
- Listing details you submit: your website URL, listing title, description, category, and the email address you enter. These are needed to create and publish your listing and to send you your receipt and order confirmation.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe sends us a payment reference, the amount, and the email used at checkout.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request metadata, collected by our hosting and security providers (Cloudflare, including the Turnstile anti-bot check) and by our analytics provider (statinside.com) in order to keep the service secure and to understand aggregate usage.
Why we use it
- To publish your listing across the directories you chose (one directory, or the whole network).
- To take payment, issue receipts, and answer support requests about your order.
- To prevent abuse, spam, and automated submissions.
- To measure how the site is used in aggregate, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where your listing appears
The whole point of the service is publication: the listing you submit (URL, title, description, category) is published on public directory pages in our network and becomes visible to anyone, including search engines. Your email address is not published on any listing.
Who we share data with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, security, and the Turnstile verification.
- statinside.com — aggregate analytics.
- Our hosting provider — the servers that run the site and the directories in the network.
Each of these processes data only to provide their service to us. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only what's needed to run the service securely: Cloudflare's security cookies and the Turnstile check, and Stripe's checkout on the payment step. Our analytics pixel does not use tracking cookies to profile you across other sites. You can block cookies in your browser; the listing form may then ask you to complete the verification again.
How long we keep it
Order records (listing details, checkout email, payment reference) are kept for as long as your listing is live and for the period required for accounting and dispute handling afterwards. Technical logs are kept for a short, rolling period for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these — or to have a listing removed from the network — email support@aio.online from the address you used at checkout, including the listing URL. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The service is intended for businesses and website owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
