These terms govern your use of aio.online (the "Service"), operated by the AIO.online team ("we", "us"), reachable at [email protected]. By submitting a listing or making a payment you agree to them. Please read them — they're short.
1. What the Service does
AIO.online lets you submit a website listing — a URL, a title, a short description and a category — and publishes it on web directories. You can add your listing to a single directory free of charge, or pay a one-time fee to broadcast it across every live directory in our network at once. Listings are published on public directory pages hosted within our network, where they are visible to anyone, including search engines.
2. Your listing and acceptable use
You confirm that you own or are authorised to promote the website you submit, and that your listing is accurate and lawful. You must not submit listings for content that is illegal, deceptive, malicious (malware, phishing), infringing, or that promotes hate or violence, and you must not use the Service to spam or to manipulate search engines with misleading information. We may decline, edit for formatting, or remove any listing that breaches these terms or that we reasonably consider harmful to the network, without refund where the breach is yours.
3. Payment
The broadcast fee is shown on the site before you pay and is charged once by card through Stripe. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. Our refund policy explains when a refund is available.
4. What we promise — and what we don't
We will use reasonable efforts to publish your listing on the directories you chose promptly after payment, and to keep those directory pages online. We do not promise any particular search-engine ranking, indexing, amount of traffic, or business result. Directory listings are one input among many that search engines use, and results depend on factors outside our control. Our guides are honest about this, and so are these terms.
5. Availability and changes
The network changes over time: directories may be added, updated, or retired. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and we'll do so in a way that is fair to existing customers where reasonably possible. If we retire a directory your listing was published on, we'll aim to keep your listing live on the remaining network.
6. Removal
You can ask us to remove your listing from the network at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with the listing URL. Removal is free.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of third-party search engines and platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your website and to the text you submit; you grant us a licence to display that text on the network for as long as your listing is live. The Service, its design and its content are ours.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
