This policy applies to the one-time broadcast fee paid on aio.online. Adding your listing to a single directory is free, so no refund questions arise there. We aim to be fair: if we didn't deliver, you get your money back.
When you get a full refund
- We failed to publish. If, after payment, your listing was not published across the network because of a fault on our side, we will either fix it promptly or refund you in full — your choice.
- Duplicate or mistaken charge. If you were charged twice, or charged for an order you did not place, we refund the extra charge in full.
- We declined your listing. If we decide not to publish your listing for a reason that isn't a breach of our terms, we refund you in full.
When a refund isn't available
A broadcast is a digital service delivered immediately: your listing goes live across the network within seconds of payment, and the work is done at that point. For that reason we can't refund a completed broadcast simply because you changed your mind, or because your listing did not produce a particular ranking, traffic or business result — we never promise those, and our guides say so plainly. Refunds are also not available where a listing was removed for breaching our terms.
Removal is always free
If you no longer want your listing on the network, we'll remove it at no cost at any time — just email us the listing URL from the address you used at checkout.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of payment, from the email address you used at checkout, with your listing URL and the order or receipt reference. We'll confirm within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original card through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve genuine problems quickly and it's usually faster than a chargeback. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
